Description:
This project began as an aging commercial structure in Denver that required a complete electrical rebuild. The existing system was outdated, inefficient, and not aligned with current code or modern usage demands, so our team was brought in during the redevelopment phase to rebuild the entire electrical infrastructure from the ground up.
Working within an existing structure comes with unknowns. Routing pathways, integrating new systems into old construction, and coordinating with framing and mechanical trades required tight planning and real-time field adjustments. Conduit routing, panel placement, and overall system layout were all executed with clear intent before walls were closed, resulting in a smooth inspection process and a reliable, code-compliant final installation.
Scope of Work:
We handled a full electrical transformation across the entire property, including:
New electrical service and distribution
Complete interior wiring and circuit layout
Lighting system design and installation
Equipment power and infrastructure upgrades
Code compliance corrections throughout
Coordination with other trades during active construction
Every phase was executed with a focus on clean layout, future accessibility, and long-term performance.
