TPE Electrical Contracting provided electrical construction for the Tiffin’s India Café buildout at Village at the Peaks Mall in Longmont, Colorado.
The project converted a core and shell space into a full restaurant with finished dining areas, bar space, kitchen operations, restrooms, and an outdoor dining area. The interior included detailed design features such as decorative lighting, custom seating areas, a coffered ceiling, a central pergola, and an LED lit Indian archway.
TPE’s electrical scope supported both the customer facing restaurant spaces and the back of house kitchen operations. The kitchen included commercial equipment such as a gas range with hood system, walk in cooler, refrigerated prep tables, and a tandoor oven, requiring organized electrical coordination around equipment locations, power needs, lighting, and inspections.
Restaurant tenant finishes require clean planning because the electrical systems have to support daily operations, guest experience, life safety, kitchen production, and final design details all at once. TPE Electrical Contracting helped deliver the electrical infrastructure needed to turn the space into a functional, polished restaurant environment.
