TPE Electrical Contracting provided electrical construction for the Fire & Ice Wellness Spa buildout at Village at the Peaks in Longmont, Colorado.

The project transformed a 1,298 square foot commercial suite into a high-end wellness spa with multiple specialty therapy rooms and finished guest areas. The space includes a cold plunge pool, sauna, red light therapy room, cryotherapy chamber, hyperbaric chamber, salt booth, and ZeroBody dry float experience.

TPE’s electrical scope supported the spa’s specialized equipment, lighting systems, therapy rooms, reception areas, and finished interior spaces. Projects like this require careful coordination because wellness facilities often include equipment with specific power requirements, mechanical coordination, accessibility needs, and detailed finish work.
