Description-
TPE Electrical Contracting provided electrical construction for the Copper Sky Distillery buildout in Longmont, Colorado.
The project transformed a core and shell structure into a fully functional distillery with a tasting room and bar, private tasting lounges, production areas, storage rooms, a break room, upstairs mezzanine office, barrel storage, and a speakeasy style private bar.
TPE’s electrical scope supported both the public facing hospitality areas and the operational side of the facility. The project required coordination around lighting, power, equipment needs, finished interiors, production spaces, and specialty areas designed for guest experience.
Buildouts like this require practical planning and careful coordination because the electrical systems need to support two very different uses within one building, a polished customer facing environment and a working production facility. TPE Electrical Contracting helped deliver the electrical infrastructure needed to make the space functional, efficient, and ready for long term use.
