TPE Electrical Contracting completed electrical work for multiple tenant and amenity spaces within a seven-story mixed-use residential development located on Wilcox Street in downtown Castle Rock.
Our scope focused on the interior build-out of a ground-floor coffee shop, along with electrical systems for the building’s fitness center and shared office spaces. These environments required clean, organized installation to support both customer-facing commercial use and daily building operations.
Tenant finish projects within mixed-use developments demand tight coordination with general contractors and other trades, especially when working within an active construction schedule and aligning with base building systems already in place.
