Description-
TPE Electrical Contracting completed electrical work for multiple tenant and amenity spaces within a seven-story mixed-use residential development located on Wilcox Street in downtown Castle Rock.
Our scope focused on the interior build-out of a ground-floor coffee shop, along with electrical systems for the building’s fitness center and shared office spaces. These environments required clean, organized installation to support both customer-facing commercial use and daily building operations.
Tenant finish projects within mixed-use developments demand tight coordination with general contractors and other trades, especially when working within an active construction schedule and aligning with base building systems already in place. Our team executed the work with a focus on schedule awareness, layout accuracy, and seamless integration into the overall electrical infrastructure.
The result is a set of functional, well-lit, and reliable spaces designed to support retail, fitness, and office use within a modern urban residential environment.
Scope of Work:
Electrical build-out for ground-floor coffee shop tenant space
Power distribution and dedicated circuits for commercial equipment
Interior lighting installation for retail and customer areas
Electrical systems for fitness center equipment and lighting
Office and shared workspace electrical installation
Coordination with base building electrical systems
Layout execution aligned with evolving tenant requirements
Clean, organized installation across multiple interior scopes
